Program Structure

The curriculum features 12 master classes that cover topics such as introduction to Venture Capital, Startup Valuation, Fundraising Process, Pitching, Term Sheets, Deal Negotiation, Board Management, and Growth Venture Capital. It is hosted remotely by Laura Gaviria-Halaby, head of ecosystem development and crypto value creation for SoftBank Group International.

Where do the master classes take place?
Attendees enrolled in the program will participate online via Zoom.
How much does SBOS cost?
The master classes are free to the community.
When are the master classes for Season 2?
Master classes will occur on Thursdays from 12-1:30 p.m. ET February 24th until March 31st, 2022. All content will be recorded and made available afterwards.
Do I receive a certificate for completing the series?
Yes, anyone who attends at least 9/12 master classes will receive a certificate.
Will enrolled students have access to internships?
We expect to offer enrolled students access to apply for internship opportunities.
